Statutory services
goChirurgie settles the statutory costs – mostly through the Kassenärztliche Vereinigung (KV) [Association of Physicians] – with the organisations responsible for statutory medical insurance and other funding agencies. For those who are statutorily insured, no extra charges are incurred.

Further services
If you wish to receive further services beyond those that the statutory medical insurers are prepared to pay for (e.g. for alternatives forms of treatment), then further costs will be incurred, and you will have to pay for these. In such cases we will conclude with you a treatment contract that goes beyond the statutorily agreed medical services.

People who are privately insured
The privately insured conclude a treatment contract with us which has as it contents an invoice with agreed growth rate calculated in accordance with GOÄ.
