Consultation and treatment

Rapid first appointment.
You will be given one within three working days after a phone conversation. Further appointments for either consultation or treatment take place only with mutual agreement.

Minimised waiting times.
If you have an appointment, you will have to wait a maximum of 20 minutes at our practice. Appointments for operations are implemented within three weeks.

goChirurgie treats everybody.
Are you a Kassenpatient (statutorily insured)? If so, then we need a letter of referral issued for "Chirurgie" (surgery). If you are not able to produce such a letter of referral, you will still be given an appointment at which you will be treated. In such cases a practice charge of 10,- Euro has to be paid.
With Privatpatienten or if medical services beyond the statutorily agreed services are desired, then we conclude individual treatment contracts with the persons concerned.
Specific groups of people produce for us their own certificates for treatment and entitlement.
